Site Supervisor - Job Role 1 Job Purpose To oversee on-site installation assembly and finishing of furniture projects ensuring quality safety and timely completion as per design specifications 2 Key Responsibilities Site Coordination - Supervise installation teams allocate daily tasks and ensure workflow efficiency Quality Control - Inspect materials workmanship and finishes to match design and client requirements Project Scheduling - Coordinate with the production unit suppliers and contractors to meet deadlines Technical Supervision - Read and interpret technical drawings layouts and design specifications Safety Compliance - Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain a hazard-free site Client Interaction - Address client queries provide updates and ensure satisfaction Material Handling - Verify material deliveries track usage and prevent wastage Problem Solving - Resolve on-site issues defects or deviations from design promptly Documentation - Maintain daily site reports attendance records and progress updates 3 Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI in Furniture Manufacturing Interior Design Civil or related field 2-5 years of experience in furniture installation or interior fit-outs Knowledge of carpentry modular furniture systems and finishing techniques Strong leadership time management and communication skills 4 Work Environment Primarily site-based client locations offices showrooms Requires travel between sites May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Panvel Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Supervising 1 year Preferred Language Hindi English Preferred Work Location In person
