Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Office Interiors to lead the execution of high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering premium office interior projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for project planning, client coordination, resource management, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end project management of office interior fit-out projects (from kickoff to handover).

* Develop project timelines, budgets, work schedules, and resource plans.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.

* Monitor and manage site activities to ensure timely and quality execution.

* Conduct regular site inspections, review progress, and troubleshoot issues.

* Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards.

* Lead and supervise a team of site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

* Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.

* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master's preferred).

* 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in managing office interior or turnkey fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern interior fit-out techniques.

* Excellent project planning and execution skills.

* Strong leadership and people management abilities.

* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and interior drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp).

* Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
