Job Description Ecommerce Manager This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for an Ecommerce Manager who will take full ownership of our marketplace channels. You'll be responsible for strategically managing our brand's presence and performance, driving P&L, executing sales and marketing campaigns, and ensuring efficient inventory operations. This is a comprehensive role for a data-driven professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities - Marketplace Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with marketplace account managers for support and partnerships. You'll strategically manage the brand's presence and performance, developing and implementing strategies to optimize product listings, enhance visibility, and improve discoverability. You'll also work with the conversion team to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines. - P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss for your assigned marketplace channels, ensuring both revenue growth and profitability. This includes monitoring and optimizing operational costs, discounts, promotions, and commissions daily to maintain healthy margins. You'll also conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, aligning them with overall business goals. - Sales Growth & Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful sale events on marketplaces, driving both revenue and profitability. You'll optimize ad spend and run performance-driven marketing campaigns using various tools, while also analyzing customer reviews, feedback, and trends to develop actionable insights for improving sales and customer experience. - Inventory & Operations Management: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure proper inventory planning, availability, and fulfillment. You'll mitigate issues like out-of-stock, overselling, or delayed deliveries by maintaining an optimal stock-to-sales ratio. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics such as Net Revenue, Conversion Rate, ACoS, and RoAS, providing actionable insights to drive growth and profitability. You'll also conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and new growth opportunities. - Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align marketplace goals with broader business objectives. Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably for a D2C website or on marketplaces. - Skills: - Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, tools, and advertising platforms (e.g., Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and marketplace dashboards. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with both internal teams and external partners. - Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
