Job Opening Key Accounts Manager - Construction Chemical Waterproofing Grouts About the Company Our client is an Indian multinational paint company headquartered in Kolkata with 16 manufacturing units across India Location - Bangalore Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for the Government direct industrial contractor applicator fabricator segment and dealer channel in alignment with organizational objectives and business plan Meet individual sales targets for Admixture Floor Coating Waterproofing and Grouts by managing key accounts of infrastructure contractors Deliver presentations to customers support Business Development Manager in obtaining corporate client approvals and secure product specification approvals from consultants Monitor competition activities and local market trends and implement appropriate interventions to counter them Provide continuous support and guidance to the Field Sales and Sales Teams in expanding the contractor base and conducting training on Admixture Floor Coating Waterproofing and Grouts as needed Resolve customer issues related to project progress and handle customer complaints effectively Experience 5 to 10 years and above Employment Status Full-time Requirements Requirements Proven experience in sales and key account management within the construction chemical waterproofing or grouts industry Strong presentation and negotiation skills In-depth understanding of market trends and competition Ability to lead and motivate sales teams Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Benefits Fixed Salary Allowances Other Perks Requirements Work experience 5 -10 years in Construction Chemicals Sales Personality Traits Proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning execution having high achievement orientation Strong Analytical capability good inter-personal relationships business acumen
