Job Overview: Coursera's IT department is responsible for the Corporate tools and technology that are required for the company to operate efficiently and effectively. We are a growing IT department that plays an integral role in the company's ability to perform its day-to-day tasks. While supporting an ever-growing number of users with top-tier tools and applications, our IT team is always aiming to achieve the highest goals and produce the best experience possible for our end users. We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Systems NetSuite Administrator to join our organization. As a public listed US multinational corporation with subsidiaries in multiple countries, we operate in multiple geographies and currencies. Your primary responsibility will be to customize and integrate the NetSuite financial system with various applications such as Coupa, Salesforce, Ironclad, and ServiceNow. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing user requests and projects using the ServiceNow platform. Working Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (9:30 AM 5:30 PM PST) Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as Coupa, Salesforce, HighRadius, and ServiceNow. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs and integration requirements. - Configure and maintain the NetSuite system, including user setup, roles, permissions, and workflows. - Use ServiceNow to manage user requests, incidents, and projects related to NetSuite integration and customization. - Work closely with business stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of NetSuite. - Bringing in subject matter expertise in Finance Systems processes, promoting the adoption of leading industry practices as we build a scalable platform for the long-term. - Playing a key role in ongoing system analysis and maintenance, providing troubleshooting assistance and recommending best practices. This includes assisting with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and optimized usage within NetSuite. - Providing Level 1 support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, coordinating with NetSuite Support on issues that require external resolution. Performing functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance. - Identifying requirements that cannot be met with standard NetSuite functionality, suggesting custom solutions. Assisting with data cleanup, conversions, import data, data migration, and providing project team and end-user training. - Knowledge of Coupa is an added advantage. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with multi-currency environments and understanding of related challenges and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for system configuration, data migration, and ensuring data integrity. Preferred Qualifications: - Having relevant certifications and demonstrating a strong understanding of the NetSuite platform and its customization capabilities. - Experience working in a multinational corporation with subsidiaries in multiple countries can provide valuable insights into global business operations, compliance requirements, and cross-cultural collaboration. - Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles. - Exposure to Agile methodology.
