About the Role We are hiring Remote Voice Support Specialists and Email/Non-Voice Support Specialists to provide world-class customer support for our US-based clients. This is a contract position ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of delivering high-quality support from home. Compensation - Voice Support: ₹165 per hour - Non-Voice (Email) Support: ₹140 per hour Responsibilities - Voice Support Specialist - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally - Provide clear, polite, and accurate information to customers - Troubleshoot customer issues and document interactions - Maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction Email / Non-Voice Support Specialist - Respond to customer emails quickly and accurately - Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systems - Maintain SLAs for response time, accuracy, and ticket closures Requirements - Excellent English spoken and written communication skills - Prior BPO / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage - Comfortable working the night shift during US business hours - Must have your own: - Laptop with Windows 11 or above - High-speed wired internet connection - Quiet workspace for calls (Voice process) - Ability to work independently and meet performance targets - Strong customer orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills Why Work With Us? - 100% Remote Work – work from anywhere in India - Growth opportunities across multiple support functions - Exposure to US-based clients and professional work environments. #Sygnext #Jobs #RemoteJobs #Supportjobs
