 
						Delivery Manager, In-store Commerce

The Delivery Manager Lead In-Store Commerce will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of in-store retail commerce technology projects such as Oracle POS Microsoft POS or equivalent systems This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution aligning project delivery with business objectives and user needs The Delivery Lead will also identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in a fast-paced global fashion retail environment As a Delivery Manager Lead you will Oversee the delivery of in-store retail commerce technology projects such as Oracle POS Microsoft POS or equivalent systems ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers UX UI designers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Manage project timelines resources and budgets identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency within project delivery Utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the impact of delivery management on retail operations Foster a culture of collaboration agility and innovation within the delivery team THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Must-Have Experience Skills Extensive experience in managing delivery of retail commerce technologies such as Oracle POS Microsoft POS or equivalent systems Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban Proven track record of successfully managing project timelines resources and budgets Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to create detailed project plans and manage project documentation Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies Experience with process optimisation and efficiency improvement initiatives Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members Soft Skills Communication Clearly articulating project goals and collaborating with team members and stakeholders Leadership Guiding and mentoring team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Adaptability Being flexible and open to new ideas technologies and methodologies Problem-solving Approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work Time Management Prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines Creativity Bringing innovative ideas to the table and thinking outside the box Empathy Understanding team and stakeholder needs to create effective solutions Continuous Learning Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Strategic Thinking Aligning project delivery with business goals and objectives Education Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Marketing Technology or related field Relevant certifications e g Certified ScrumMaster PMI-ACP SAFe Agilist are a plus Nice to Have Skills Experience in the retail industry particularly within a global context Proven track record of collaborating cross-functional technology teams in front-end development or customer experience projects Experience in analysing and mapping customer journeys and familiarity with digital marketing tools We live and breathe Rebellious Self Expression at Dr Martens and there are 3 core values at the heart of it They never stand alone but work together as a balancing act of rights and responsibilities to support how we work together at DMs BE YOURSELF ACT COURAGEOUSLY SHOW YOU CARE At DM your technical capability will go hand in hand with the below Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork Youll be a proud custodian to our DMs culture embodying what we stand for and encouraging others to do the same Youll help build a highly engagedteam ensuring a collaborative culture andproviding guidance support to other team members You will take ownership for your own development proactively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness You will bring the outside-in youll share best practice across the team business and encourageideas sharing as well ascollaborative problem solving Youll lead the wayand role model on all thingsDE I wellbeing
