Job Title: Trainee Executive 2D Graphics & Video Editing

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Level: Fresher 1 year

Job Pay: 12,000- 20,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Trainee Executive passionate about design, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, basic technical skills, and a willingness to learn advanced creative tools. You will assist in producing engaging digital content, from static graphics to motion visuals, that aligns with brand and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and edit 2D graphics for digital and print media using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, including motion graphics, VFX, compositing, and colour grading.
- Create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations using tools like Figma and Canva.
- Assist with storyboarding and concept creation for video and animation projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Learn and explore new creative trends, techniques, software, and AI-driven tools
- Bonus: Exposure to or interest in any 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.) is a plus.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Ps) and Adobe Illustrator (Ai).
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects (Ae) and Adobe Premiere Pro (Pr).
- Knowledge of motion graphics, VFX
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Awareness of AI applications in design and content creation.
- Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects.

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating design and editing skills (mandatory).
