Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client A global IT services and consulting company multinational information technology IT headquartered in Tokyo Japan The Client offers a wide array of IT services including application development infrastructure management and business process outsourcing Their consulting services span business and technology while their digital solutions focus on transformation and user experience design It excels in data and intelligence services emphasizing analytics AI and machine learning Additionally their cybersecurity cloud and application services round out a comprehensive portfolio designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses worldwide About The Job The individual will be part of the Data Technology group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team helping to drive strategic Architecture Engineering and Construction AEC initiatives using cutting-edge data technologies and analytics to deliver actionable business insights and robust solutions for AEC professionals and client outcomes The Data Technology group will lead the firm in AEC-focused Business Intelligence and data services by providing architectural guidance technological vision and solution development The Data Technology group will specifically utilize advanced analytics data science and AI ML to give our business and our products a competitive advantage It includes understanding and managing the data how it interconnects and architecting engineering data for self-serve BI and BA opportunities This position is for a person who has demonstrated excellence in analytics engineering capabilities experienced with data technology and processes and enjoys framing a problem shaping and creating solutions and helping to lead and champion implementation Essential Job Functions Design and implement data models transformation workflows and analytics layers to support self-service BI and analytics Implement and maintain scalable analytics solutions by combining advanced data visualization and software development techniques Create dynamic and interactive dashboards reports data visualizations and applications to provide end-users with Clientive access to insights Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored analytics applications and visualizations Ensure data accuracy consistency and quality across all analytics deliverables Build analytics-ready data models and semantic layers using Microsoft Power BI and other Microsoft ecosystem tools Provide support to business users for utilizing self-service BI and analytics platforms effectively Create APIs and workflows for seamless integration of analytics with external systems or custom applications Monitor analytics systems and troubleshoot technical issues providing support and improvements as needed Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements including new and emerging technologies best practices and new tools software applications Assist with the development of documentation standards best practices and workflows for data technology hardware software in use across the business Perform other duties as required Qualifications Experience 6 -
