🚀 Partnership Opportunity – Co-Found a New Architectural Practice in Jaipur 🏛️ We are setting up a new architectural firm in Jaipur, and we’re looking for a Partner to join us at the founding stage. This is not a salaried job—it is a business partnership opportunity for someone who wants to co-build a firm from the ground up. 🔹 Role & Responsibilities As a Partner, you will collaborate with us to: - Lead business development across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. - Manage client communication, presentations, and project delivery. - Oversee design coordination with support from our production & technical teams. - Contribute to setting up processes, quality standards, and long-term strategy. 🔹 What We Bring to the Partnership We will support the new firm with: - Office space & infrastructure in Jaipur - Sales & marketing support - HR, accounting, legal & administrative support - A capable production team for design, drafting & BIM work Equity structure and partnership terms will be discussed during the conversation. 🔹 Who We’re Looking For An ideal partner may have: - Architectural or AEC background - Strong client-handling and project-management experience - Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a business - Based in Jaipur or open to relocating (This is a business partnership.
