With 4 retail apps and a growing network of 500+ global advertisers, Klink powers the next evolution of how users earn and brands grow. We are looking for a (Junior) Offerwall Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our offerwall. You will test and launch new offers from our advertising networks, ensure correct placements, optimise user flows, and work with partners and internal teams to maximise performance. This is an operations-first role with a strong focus on quality control, conversions, and user engagement. Reports to: Head of Product Team: Product (working closely with Marketing, Sales & Design) Location: Remote (occasional travel required) Language: English Tasks - Review, test, and activate new offers from our advertising networks and incoming Sales opportunities. - Ensure correct setup, tagging, placement, and visibility of offers across the platform. - Maintain offer quality: update details, manage de-listing, check targeting and rewards, and monitor tracking accuracy. - Work with partners and clients to get offers live, resolve issues, and clarify requirements. - Identify top-performing partners and engage with them to improve offer terms, funnels, and creative assets. - Analyse user flows, drop-off points, and conversion data to recommend improvements. - Work with Product & Design on placement experiments, A/B tests, and UX optimisations. - Coordinate with Marketing on in-app promotions, seasonal boosts, and featured placements. - Report weekly on performance, issues, trends, and optimisation opportunities. Requirements - 13 years in offerwall ops, affiliate/campaign operations, ad-ops, product ops, or performance marketing, or analytical roles. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and user behaviour. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple offers at once. - Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with external partners. - Basic understanding of tracking, user acquisition funnels, and conversion optimisation. - Curious about new fintech, crypto and mobile gaming products so you enjoy testing them Nice to have: Experience in fintech, crypto, or mobile gaming Curiosity about AI and building your own automations / agents Benefits - Be part of one of the fastest-growing reward and ad-tech ecosystems. - Work directly with a global C-level team that thrives on experimentation and measurable growth. - Cross-functional exposure: you'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, Analytics and Tech. - Remote-first with a fully international team (Europe & Asia). - Career path: strong potential to grow into Senior Offerwall/Product Operations or Product Manager role as the business scales.
