Position Title Associate Project Manager APM - Market Research Department Market Research Location Navi Mumbai Vashi Reports to Project Manager Shift Timing 7 00 PM IST to 5 00 AM IST Employment Type Full-time About Sperton Christos Group Sperton Christos Group is a Human Resources Advisory Organization with over 30 years of corporate experience We provide comprehensive HR advisory services talent identification HR function setup for start-ups and payroll management for clients Our mission is to partner with organizations to help them expand their business by delivering effective solutions across all areas of Human Resource Management and recruitment We specialize in HR management and recruitment processes enabling our clients to focus their time and energy on their core business management and growth This position is being recruited on behalf of our client a leading organization in the Market Research industry Job Overview The Associate Project Manager APM in Market Research will assist in planning executing and delivering research projects to meet objectives deadlines and budgetary requirements This role is ideal for an organized detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks while coordinating with internal teams clients and external partners The APM will oversee research logistics support project managers and ensure timely and accurate delivery of findings Key Responsibilities 1 Project Coordination Management Assist in developing project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget Collaborate with senior project managers to align with client objectives Organize meetings track deliverables and facilitate communication among stakeholders Coordinate with vendors data collection teams and external partners Track and report project milestones delays and scope changes 2 Client Stakeholder Communication Act as a point of contact for clients providing updates and addressing concerns Facilitate smooth information flow between clients teams and management Support in preparing and delivering presentations and final reports Assist with post-project client feedback and improvements 3 Data Collection Support Coordinate fieldwork operations in line with methodology Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity Support preparation of reports including data visualization and presentations 4 Administrative Support Maintain organized and accessible project documentation Track budgets process invoices and ensure financial compliance Manage project logistics meeting schedules and research session preparations 5 Quality Assurance Review project outputs and methodologies for accuracy and completeness Identify risks to timelines or deliverables and assist in corrective actions 6 Continuous Improvement Participate in post-project evaluations to identify improvements Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant best practices Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Market Research Business Marketing Social Sciences or related field Skills Strong project management and multitasking abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills written verbal Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools Trello Asana Monday com Data analysis and interpretation skills Client-facing experience and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Desirable Skills Attributes Analytical thinking and problem-solving Adaptability to new tools and methodologies Strong client focus and service orientation Team collaboration and interpersonal skills Work Environment Conditions Work Hours Standard office hours with occasional overtime weekend work as per project needs Location Navi Mumbai - Vashi Shift 7 00 PM IST to 5 00 AM IST
