We’re expanding our creative team and looking for someone who lives and breathes social media to help shape Neuka’s creator movement. The Role We’re looking for a Social Media Associate or Intern who truly understands how Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok work in 2025 - not someone who just learned it from a course. You’ll help us create authentic content, grow a loyal creator community, and turn users into fans of the Neuka experience. You’ll be great at this role if you can: Create engaging content (not just posts) Build a loyal community of creators (not just followers) Turn our users into brand evangelists Speak Gen-Z/Millennial fluently - without trying too hard What makes this different from other social media jobs: You’ll only do social media and community work (no random admin tasks) Creative freedom: we trust your judgment on content Your ideas matter: you’ll collaborate closely with the founding and creative teams Actual budget for tools, creator collabs, and content production We measure success by engagement, not vanity metrics What You'll Do Content Creation (40%) Create scroll-stopping Reels, Stories, and carousels Write engaging LinkedIn posts (not corporate fluff) Make TikToks that showcase our app without being cringe Design graphics and short videos (Canva, CapCut - whatever works) Repurpose user-generated content into social proof Jump on trends fast (like, same-day fast) Community Building (35%) Engage with creators in DMs, comments, and mentions daily Build relationships with micro-influencers (10K – 100K followers) Turn power users into brand advocates Help manage and grow our creator community (Discord / Slack) Host Instagram Lives, Q&As, and virtual hangouts Make creators feel like they’re part of something, not just users Strategy & Analytics (25%) Track what’s working (engagement, reach, conversions) A/B test content formats, captions, and posting times Report insights weekly (just what matters) Watch competitors and trends Bring ideas for campaigns, collabs, and viral moments Help shape our brand voice Who We're Looking For For Fresh Graduates / Interns / Early Career: You’ve grown your own social accounts or managed pages with results You understand platform algorithms (beyond “post 3× a week”) You can create content yourself (video, design, captions) You spot trends before they peak You write conversationally (not corporate) You’re passionate about the creator economy What Matters Most You genuinely use social media (if you don’t, this isn’t for you) Results > credentials – we care about what you’ve grown Creative + analytical – you can make viral content and explain why Self-starter – you act on opportunities Authentic voice – you make a brand sound human Internship Track If you’re still studying or recently graduated, apply for our 3-6 month internship .
