Designation Resident Engineer Qualification B Tech B E in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 10-15 years Locations Assam Must be able to take decisions and lead the project from inception to delivery Must be able to manage delivery of projects from Civil MEP Interior Finishing projects on time within budget and with zero defects and to the satisfaction of the customer Must be able to manage all sub-contractors to deliver quality works first time itself Ability to do work from a PMC point of view Should have good knowledge of Tendering Project Planning Billing and Execution Project Management Construction Works Contract Management and site visit and reporting for critical issues Document Management Reporting - DPR WPR and MPR Should be able to review site progress as well as ensure necessary Quality and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to by the project team Controller of the entire projects from inception to delivery Must be able to prove delivery of projects on time and within budget with zero rectification works Ability to do project planning and scheduling Must be able to take decisions and lead the project Should also have good communication skills to interact with both with client and sub-contractors Should be a team player leader and motivator to the project team Excellent knowledge in MS Office MS Project and Auto Cad etc is a must Required Candidate profile For the construction of institutional building in Assam We require 1 Engineers with experience in institutional Commercial Residential buildings 2 Excellent knowledge in MS Office MS Project and Auto Cad is a must 3 Working experience in project management company is preferable Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
