Key Responsibilities: - Drive a target-oriented approach to establish and maintain key accounts and new placement relationships. - Facilitate Undergraduate final placements and summer internships in line with set targets. - Understand the needs of assigned corporate partners and efficiently address their concerns. - Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends to ensure a variety of placement opportunities for students. - Adhere to periodic reporting and review processes. - Engage in regional forums to expand networks beneficial for placements. - Stay updated on industry developments to enhance outreach strategies. - Establish and maintain productive employer partnerships to generate employment opportunities for students and alumni. - Operate independently with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Desirable Skills: - Cold calling and lead generation from diverse sources. - Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. - High integrity and a strong work ethic. - Ability to meet targets through strategic planning and execution.
