FLAME University is dedicated to creating a transformative educational environment that inspires learners and educators alike.Key Responsibilities:- Drive a target-oriented approach to establish and maintain key accounts and new placement relationships.- Facilitate Undergraduate final placements and summer internships in line with set targets.- Understand the needs of assigned corporate partners and efficiently address their concerns.- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Analyze market trends to ensure a variety of placement opportunities for students.- Adhere to periodic reporting and review processes.- Engage in regional forums to expand networks beneficial for placements.- Stay updated on industry developments to enhance outreach strategies.- Establish and maintain productive employer partnerships to generate employment opportunities for students and alumni.- Operate independently with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Desirable Skills:- Cold calling and lead generation from diverse sources.- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.- High integrity and a strong work ethic.- Ability to meet targets through strategic planning and execution.
