We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our logistics team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents and labels.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors for timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with shipping software and tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
