Roles and Responsibilities - Business Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client business needs, identifying areas for improvement and translating them into functional specifications for SAP Saas solutions. - Solution Design and Architecture: Design comprehensive SAP SaaS solutions, including system integration, data migration strategies, and user access management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints. - Implementation and Configuration: Configure and implement SAP SaaS modules like Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain Management, adapting standard functionalities to meet specific client requirements. - Customization and Development: Develop custom extensions and integrations using SAP Cloud Platform tools like ABAP, JavaScript, and U15 when necessary to address unique business needs. - Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to the SAP SaaS platform, ensuring data quality and accuracy. - Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to guarantee system stability and functionality. - Provide comprehensive user training on SAP SaaS functionalities, addressing queries and resolving issues post-implementation. - Stay updated on the latest SAP SaaS functionalities, platform updates, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Required Skills and Experience: - Deep understanding of SAP SaaS platform: Expertise in core SAP SaaS modules like S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, Salesforce integration, and SAP Cloud Platform services. - Functional knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas like Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations. - Technical proficiency: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform development tools, including ABAP, JavaScript, U15, and related technologies for customization and integration. - Implementation experience:
