About Us Inverted Prism helps students Grades 6-12 explore and engage with Careers of the Future and build Skills of the Future through International Programs US Europe Australia Singapore Japan etc and Domestic Programs We combine career exploration global citizenship principles and hands-on experiences to prepare students for success in a rapidly changing world What You ll Be Part Of - An innovation-driven and ambitious team that values creativity and ownership - A workplace offering accelerated growth and continuous learning opportunities - A culture that blends professional excellence with a shared passion for education - Your Role As an Education Partnerships Success Manager you will be a key driver of our growth-managing relationships with schools educators and parents supporting the sales and operations teams and ensuring a smooth and positive client journey from first contact to program completion - Location Remote Work from Home - Preferred Cities Delhi Bengaluru Hyderabad - Compensation Best in the IndustryKey Responsibilities1 Account Management Relationship Building- Develop proposals quotations contracts and reports for institutional clients - Liaise with school coordinators and decision-makers to maintain long-term relationships - Serve as a primary point of contact for both B2B schools and B2C parents stakeholders - Lead client onboarding ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations - Maintain accurate CRM records of leads prospects and interactions 2 Parent Liaison Support- Communicate program details travel logistics and FAQs to parents in a clear and reassuring manner - Organize pre-departure orientations for parents and students - Coordinate with the operations team to address parent concerns before during and after programs - Build trust with families by ensuring transparency safety and timely updates 3 Inside Sales Lead Generation- Identify and contact decision-makers at schools and education groups - Generate new business opportunities and facilitate pitch meetings virtual in-person - Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable programs - Negotiate agreements and close sales in line with company strategy 4 Sales Operations Support- Coordinate between sales operations finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution - Assist with travel documentation vendor follow-ups and program scheduling - Support the operations team during peak program periods with ground-level coordination 5 Market Research Continuous Improvement- Track industry trends competitor activities and market needs to inform strategy - Gather client and parent feedback to enhance program quality - Recommend improvements in sales processes communication and service delivery Requirements - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience - 2-5 years of experience preferably in B2B K-12 education inside sales or client success roles - Strong English communication organizational and presentation skills - Proficient in Google Workspace quick to learn new AI tools - Comfort in dealing with both institutional clients and parents - High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills - Experience in educational travel study tours or career counseling programs - Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities ref updazz com
