Prepare various types of dosas plain masala ghee rava onion set dosa etc with speed and precision Handle dosa batter preparation fermentation and consistency Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the dosa station and equipment Prepare accompaniments such as coconut chutney tomato chutney sambar and podi Ensure food quality taste and presentation standards are met Manage inventory and report shortages of ingredients or raw materials Assist with overall South Indian breakfast items like idli vada upma optional based on skillset Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience as a Dosa Cook or South Indian tawa chef minimum 1-2 years preferred Strong knowledge of dosa varieties and South Indian breakfast cuisine Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards Team player with good communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings weekends or evening shifts as needed Preferred but not mandatory Experience in commercial kitchens or hotel chains Knowledge of additional Indian cuisines or regional variations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 39 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
