 High-Precision Machine Operation & Setup: Support the operation, setup, and maintenance of advanced machinery, including CNC, VMC, Traub, and Cold Forging Presses. This role is critical for ensuring the quality output of our new strategic component lines. * Process Monitoring & Control: Maintain rigorous control over key manufacturing variables (e.g., tooling geometry, dimensional parameters, thermal stability) to ensure parts conform to drawing specifications (±0.05 mm tolerance). * Preventive & Corrective Action: Rapidly diagnose and address minor technical issues, tool wear, and machine alarms.
