Job Description

- Manage and streamline HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

- Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and optimise resource allocation.

- Prepare and present detailed HR analytics reports to leadership teams.

- Support the implementation of HR systems and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.

- Monitor HR processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.

- Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns related to HR operations.

- Contribute to projects focused on improving HR analytics capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

- 8-10 years of experience within HR

- A strong academic background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of proven expertise in HR operations and data analytics

- Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and platforms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- A detail-oriented approach to managing data and processes.

- Immediately available candidates preferred
