Help with EMI schemes, financing options, or trade-in deals if applicable. 5. Inventory and Merchandising: Ensure mobile phones and accessories are properly displayed, labeled, and stocked on shelves. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. Report stock shortages, popular models, and fast-moving items to the store manager. Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits. 6. Customer Support and After-Sales: Handle customer complaints or returns politely and professionally. Guide customers on product usage, data transfer, software updates, or minor troubleshooting.
