SRMB STEEL Minimum 20 years of experience in greenfield project , project development and project execution - Steel Industry preferred - Rolling Mill, Furnace , Electroplating. Responsibilities - Project Planning & Strategy 1. Develop the master plan for the greenfield steel project, covering timelines, budgets, resources, and technical specifications. 2. Identify project risks and create mitigation plans. 3. Liaise with leadership to align project goals with business objectives. - Execution & Management 1. Lead the end-to-end project execution including site development, construction, utilities, and production line installation. 2. Monitor progress against approved plans and budgets. 3. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Regulatory & Compliance 1. Obtain all necessary statutory approvals, licenses, and environmental clearances. 2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and central regulations throughout the project lifecycle. - Stakeholder Management 1. Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, and internal teams. 2. Report progress and key issues to senior management. - Team Leadership 1. Build, lead, and mentor the project team, ensuring high performance and accountability. 2. Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial). - Master’s degree in Project Management / MBA preferred. Manpower Specifications 1. 18+ years of experience in large-scale industrial project execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing greenfield steel projects in Rolling Mill, Furnace , Electroplating & SMS. 2. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. 3. Strong knowledge of EPC contracting, procurement, and vendor negotiations. 4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, EHS norms, and quality management systems. Required Skills 1. Strategic planning and execution. 2. Leadership and team management. 3. Budgeting and cost control. 4. Risk assessment and problem-solving. 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. 6. Strong Project Management Skill in the steel Industry - Rolling Mill, Furnace , Electroplating & SMS. Preferred Skills - Strong Project Management Skill in the steel Industry - Rolling Mill, Furnace , Electroplating & SMS. - Financial acumen. - Problem Solving & Analytical skill.
