Learn more: wundrsight.com Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Associate to lead our growth, content, and SEO/SEM strategy.You will play a key role in building our digital presence, driving qualified leads, and managing a distributed team of content creators across markets. This role is perfect for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to scale an impact-driven digital health brand. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute SEO and SEM campaigns to improve visibility, inbound traffic, and lead generation. - Build and manage a content strategy that drives awareness and conversion — across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. - Lead and mentor a global team of content creators, writers, and designers. - Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and CRM integrations. - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and growth goals. - Track and report performance metrics — traffic, conversion rates, and ROI — using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.). - Identify growth opportunities through data insights, A/B testing, and market research. Preferred Skills - 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles. - Strong command over SEO/SEM, keyword research, and Google Ads. - Experience with content marketing, storytelling, and brand positioning. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Webflow, Notion). - Experience managing cross-functional creative teams or freelancers. - Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or SaaS startups.
