Job Description Job Title:Affiliate Sales Specialist (Client Onboarding and Retention associate) Location:Noida Department:Affiliate Sales / Partnerships Employment Type:Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and drivenClient Onboarding & Retention Associateto join our affiliate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new brands, managing client relationships, and ensuring long-term retention. You will primarily work with clients inE-commerceandBFSI domains, helping them scale throughCPS, CPA, and CPL performance models. Key Responsibilities - Identify, onboard, and activate new clients/brands who require affiliate campaign services. - Work closely with advertisers to understand their performance marketing goals and design effective affiliate campaigns. - Manage and grow client accounts by ensuring high campaign performance and ROI delivery. - Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPS, CPA, CPL) and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams (publisher management, operations, and analytics) to drive client success. - Provide regular campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients. - Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 23 years of experience inAffiliate Marketing / Client Servicing / Performance Marketing. - Strong understanding ofCPS, CPA, CPL modelsand affiliate campaign dynamics. - Experience working withE-commerce and BFSI brandsis highly preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. - Proactive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
