Job Description About the Role We are seeking dynamic and high-achieving Sales Executives/Representatives to join our team at the mall. This role requires a strong blend of sales acumen and polished communication skills to cultivate lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Customer Engagement: Provide a world-class shopping experience, greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting product solutions. - Communication: Utilize very good English communication skills to articulate product features, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. - Interpersonal Skills: Build immediate rapport with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. - Brand Presentation: Maintain an exceptionally well-groomed and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of our brand. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all products and promotions. Required Qualifications - Education: An MBA is strongly preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree (UG) who demonstrate exceptional qualities, strong sales track record, and superior communication skills will also be considered. - Personality & Presence: Must possess a very confident, engaging, and professional personality. - Communication: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory. - Skills: Proven sales knowledge (up-selling, cross-selling, closing techniques) and excellent interpersonal skills. - Grooming: Commitment to maintaining a very well-groomed professional appearance.
