Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. This role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and test equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues in the field
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Train clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1 years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
- Valid driver's license of 2 – wheeler's (if have good)
