Job Title DevOps ManagerKeka has been a silent revolution in the making for 8 years With a strong focus on building an employee-centric HR platform we ve grown to serve over 16 500 businesses across India and globally Today we are India s 1 platform in our segment all thanks to customer love without any advertising Our open culture promotes innovation and continuous learning where our people take ownership and aren t afraid to ask for help In November 2022 Keka secured 57 million in India s largest Series A SaaS funding from WestBridge Capital We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager with 10 years of expertise in DevOps technologies cloud-based provisioning monitoring and troubleshooting This role will manage large-scale cloud infrastructure operations lead the DevOps team and ensure the seamless operation of our cloud environments across AWS Azure and GCP Oversee large-scale cloud infrastructure operations across AWS Azure and GCP ensuring optimal performance scalability and cost-efficiency Mentor coach and lead a team of DevOps engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Lead automation efforts for cloud provisioning monitoring and troubleshooting processes Implement strategies for cloud cost optimization including resource allocation and inventory management Ensure availability reliability and performance of cloud services by implementing best practices for monitoring logging and alerting Oversee the development and maintenance of CI CD pipelines to streamline deployments and minimize downtime Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to align DevOps initiatives with business goals Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with security best practices and regulations by implementing robust security measures and conducting regular audits Lead incident response efforts driving root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence Contribute to strategic planning and development of the DevOps roadmap aligning team efforts with the company s goals Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Azure DevOps CI CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments Automate Azure services deployments and monitoring for efficient service delivery Design scalable and secure Azure resource strategies Write PowerShell and YAML scripts to support automation and CI CD processes Deploy scale and manage applications using Kubernetes Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability Debug and manage live site deployments with on-call support Collaborate with development QA and operations teams Resolve incidents related to deployments and infrastructure Maintain clear system and process documentation Requirements 10 years of strong experience with DevOps technologies cloud-based provisioning monitoring and troubleshooting in AWS Azure GCP and Linux Windows OS environments Extensive experience managing large cloud infrastructure operations including inventory management and cloud cost optimization Proven experience mentoring coaching and leading DevOps teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels Proficiency in automating cloud processes and infrastructure management using tools like Terraform Ansible and scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python Deep understanding of CI CD processes with experience managing and optimizing deployment pipelines Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements with hands-on experience implementing and managing secure cloud environments Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactively identifying and resolving potential issues Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Location Hyderabad On-Site If you are an experienced DevOps professional ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact in a forward-thinking organization we d love to hear from you Apply now and join us on our exciting journey at Keka
