Role Overview:
We are seeking an ideal candidate will has a strong background in DevOps practices, site reliability engineering, and cloud infrastructure. This role involves driving the adoption of DevOps culture, ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems, and leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers and SREs.
• Develop and implement strategies to build a high-performing DevOps and SRE organization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• DevOps Practices:
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Site Reliability Engineering:
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our SaaS platform and services.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems.
• Implement and manage SRE practices, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
• Cloud Infrastructure:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage cloud-related costs.
• Automation and Tooling:
• Drive the automation of operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts for infrastructure management, monitoring, and deployment.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance DevOps and SRE capabilities.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate DevOps and SRE strategies, goals, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote DevOps and SRE best practices.
• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Implement security best practices in DevOps and SRE processes.
• Collaborate with SOC and App Security teams to address vulnerabilities and improve security posture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing DevOps and SRE teams.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Security tools like Cloudflare, PaloAlto Networks Prisma Cloud, Prisma Access
