Job Description Job Description: - We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead with strong experience in Test Data Management TDM to define implement and govern TDM strategies across the software testing lifecycle - The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with TDM tools data provisioning masking and automation and will play a key role in ensuring high quality secure and efficient test data practices across projects Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the enterprise wide TDM strategy aligned with QA and DevOps goals - Lead the design and execution of test data provisioning masking subsetting and refresh processes - Collaborate with QA development and data teams to understand data needs and ensure timely availability of test data - Evaluate and implement TDM tools e - g - Informatica TDM CA Test Data Manager Delphix IBM Optim - Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations e - g - GDPR HIPAA - Automate test data creation and management processes to support CI CD pipelines - Monitor and optimize test data usage storage and refresh cycles - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA teams on TDM best practices Technical Requirements: - 5 years of experience in Test Data Management and QA leadership roles - Hands on experience with one or more TDM tools Informatica TDM CA TDM Delphix IBM Optim or equivalent - Strong knowledge of data masking subsetting cloning and synthetic data generation - Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL etc - - Experience in test automation frameworks and integrating TDM with automation pipelines - Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards - Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills - Knowledge of data virtualization and synthetic data generation techniques - Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins Git and Docker Preferred Skills: Technology->Test Data Management->Test Data Creation
