Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cinema Duty Manager located in Bengaluru. The Cinema Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities will include staff supervision, inventory management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing marketing and promotional activities. The role involves interacting with patrons, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the overall appearance and functioning of the cinema. Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills - Customer service and communication skills - Experience in inventory and resource management - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Ability to implement marketing and promotional activities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays - Previous experience in the cinema or hospitality industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
