Sumona is a mental health healing platform dedicated to advancing behavioral sciences and performance excellence through three key verticals: the Sumona Institute of Performance Excellence (SIPE), the Sumona Institute of Behavioral Sciences (SIBS), and the Sumona Institute of Computational Expertise (SICE). SIPE focuses on empowering elite athletes with scientific training, SIBS promotes optimal mental health through its counseling and therapy services, and SICE offers expert-led programming courses like Python. Sumona aims to empower individuals by integrating mental and physical health solutions for holistic well-being.

Role Description

This is a hybrid unpaid internship role located in Jasola, New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. As an intern, you will assist in our various projects, conduct research, and contribute to the development of training modules and content. Day-to-day tasks include supporting team members in conducting sessions, compiling data, analyzing results, and helping with the organization of events. This role requires collaboration with different departments to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.

Qualifications

- Research and Data Analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Content Development and Training Module Creation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Social Media
- Interest in mental health, behavioral sciences, or performance excellence
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
