Job Title SME Account Manager US-Based ClientsLocation RemoteJob Type Full-TimeOverview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SME Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of US-based enterprise clients This role focuses on post-sale client engagement renewal management and expansion opportunities If you re passionate about customer success have a knack for strategic selling and thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment this opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Oversee a portfolio of approximately 400 U S accounts with a mix of long-term contract clients and those requiring active renewal management Retention Growth Drive renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling using consultative sales approaches to align with client business goals Customer Engagement Act as a trusted advisor by conducting regular business reviews presenting performance insights and advocating for client needs Internal Collaboration Coordinate across departments Customer Support Sales Operations Finance etc to ensure seamless client experiences Sales Forecasting Monitor usage trends and account health to forecast renewals and upsell opportunities accurately Documentation Reporting Maintain up-to-date client records and activity tracking within CRM systems Salesforce Sales Navigator Industry Insight Stay current with industry trends and regulations translating them into actionable insights and service enhancements for clients Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role with a strong background in account management or enterprise sales Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Experience in SaaS regulatory compliance solutions or subscription-based services is preferred Demonstrated track record of exceeding growth and retention targets Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and value-based negotiation Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platforms and account management tools Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally up to 50 Key Attributes for Success Client-Focused Deep curiosity about client goals and a proactive approach to aligning services with business outcomes Goal-Oriented Driven by targets and outcomes with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Strong Communicator Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience with proposals and client presentations Organized Self-Driven Skilled in time management and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively Collaborative Team player who works well across functions to ensure unified client support Adaptive Comfortable in a dynamic environment adjusting to evolving client needs and market trends
