Job Description Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Customer Support: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. - Provide timely and effective support via email, phone, live chat, or other communication channels. - Monitor client accounts for issues, proactively engage, and resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction. - Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of account activities, interactions, and updates in CRM systems. Client Relationship & Growth: - Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. - Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and grow account value. - Represent the company professionally and provide guidance on products or services to maximize client success. Collaboration & Process Improvement: - Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, CX, Product) to resolve client issues and escalations. - Participate in projects aimed at improving client experience, tools, and processes. - Analyze account data to generate actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. - Experience in account management, customer success, or related roles. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting. - Knowledge of company products/services is an asset.
