About the Team: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Bangalore. This role will be pivotal in implementing HR policies, managing end-to-end recruitment, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance across a fast-scaling organization. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with leadership teams, regional HR representatives, and project managers to foster a cohesive, efficient, and people-centric workplace culture. We're seeking someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing diverse and complex HR operations within a high-performance political consulting environment. What Would This Role Entail - Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. - Design and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks that support organizational goals and scalability. - Ensure statutory and legal compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and plan workforce strategies. - Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (confirmation, promotion, transfer, separation, etc.). - Drive training, capability development, and retention programs to build a high-performing workforce. - Build, maintain, and present HR dashboards and analytics for leadership reviews and decision-making. - Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and vendor interactions. - Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism. - Strengthen organizational culture through feedback channels, internal communication, and engagement initiatives. - Conduct HR audits, maintain documentation accuracy, and ensure data confidentiality. Necessary Skills: - Comprehensive knowledge across all HR verticals recruitment, operations, compliance, employee engagement, L&D, and performance management. - Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools (Keka, Zimyo, SAP, or equivalent). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and dashboard creation. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and politically aware environment. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Good to Have Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (BBA/BA/B.Com). - MBA or PGDM in HR preferred. - Professional certifications in Labour Law, POSH, or HR Analytics (added advantage). - Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity. - Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India's democracy.
