Key Responsibilities o Vendor Management Source evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and subcontractors for materials furniture fixtures and equipment o Material Procurement Coordinate the purchase of materials as per project specifications ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget o Cost Control Negotiation Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality o Purchase Orders Documentation Prepare purchase orders maintain procurement records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date o Inventory Logistics Coordination Monitor inventory levels track shipments and ensure timely delivery and quality control of goods received o Collaboration with Teams Work closely with the design and project execution teams to understand project needs and timelines o Market Research Stay updated on new materials trends and suppliers in the interior design industry Key Requirements o Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Interior Design or a related field o 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing preferably in the interior design architecture or construction industry o Strong negotiation and communication skills o Proficient in MS Office and basic procurement software tools o Good understanding of materials finishes and furniture commonly used in interior design o Ability to manage multiple vendors and work in a fast-paced environment o Attention to detail time management and organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Application Question s How many years of experience you have in Interior Design Company Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8433604061
