What we want We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team In this role you will lead SEO strategy manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts and ensure optimal website performance to drive organic growth The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms SEO best practices and analytics along with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and trafficWho we are Vertoz NSEI VERTOZ an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech Platform offering Digital Advertising Marketing and Monetization MadTech Digital Identity and Cloud Infrastructure CloudTech caters to Businesses Digital Marketers Advertising Agencies Digital Publishers Cloud Providers and Technology companies For more details please visit our website What you will do SEO Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals targeting both short-term and long-term traffic growth On-Page Optimization Optimize website architecture metadata and content for improved search engine rankings Ensure website pages are correctly structured and optimized for target keywords Off-Page SEO Develop and manage link-building campaigns collaborate with content and outreach teams and ensure backlinks from high-authority domains Keyword Research Conduct advanced keyword research to identify opportunities for content and ranking improvement utilizing industry-standard tools like Ahrefs SEMrush etc Technical SEO Analyze and resolve issues related to crawl errors site speed and other technical aspects that impact search engine performance Performance Tracking and Reporting Use analytics tools Google Analytics Search Console etc to measure and report on the success of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations Content Strategy Work closely with content teams to optimize blogs landing pages and other site assets for SEO while maintaining a seamless user experience Competitor Analysis Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting regular competitor analysis and implementing strategies that improve search visibility Collaboration Liaise with developers UX UI teams and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into web design and new projects Continuous Learning Keep up to date with SEO trends algorithm changes and best practices to ensure ongoing growth in organic search performance Requirements Graduate in any stream 3 - 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog and others Strong understanding of technical SEO including site audits HTML CSS and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets for data analysis Strong communication skills with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Benefits No dress codes Flexible working hours 5 days working 24 Annual Leaves International Presence Celebrations Team outings
