Senior Project Sales Manager – IT Consulting & Digital Transformation - Location: Jaipur - Experience Required: 4+ years - Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Sales Manager with proven experience in selling IT consulting and digital transformation services to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to enterprise product ecosystems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and experience selling professional, implementation, or managed services across multiple geographic markets (India, APAC, Middle East, Europe, or US). Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end sales for digital transformation and IT consulting projects targeting enterprise customers. - Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for services around Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and other enterprise platforms. - Explore and manage sales pipelines across diverse geographic markets, tailoring pitches to regional business cultures and needs. - Build long-term relationships with C-level leaders, technology heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. - Deliver consultative selling by mapping client pain points to relevant service offerings. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized proposals, solution decks, and commercial models. - Maintain accurate forecasts, track sales KPIs, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Represent the organization at industry events, partner ecosystems, and client meetings across markets. - Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery teams post-closure. Required Skills & Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in IT services sales, enterprise solution sales, or digital transformation sales. - Proven success in selling services in the Salesforce, Oracle, SAP ecosystem. - Demonstrated experience selling into different geographic markets such as India, Middle East, APAC, Europe, or North America. - Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms, and service delivery cycles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. - Track record of independently managing long sales cycles and closing high-value deals. - Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
