Job Description Job Description Summary The Vendor Specialist Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Vendor Specialists who manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoice approvals and managing and governing relationship with vendors who delivers services in the HR Operations workstreams. This Team Leader role involves ensuring the efficient and effective management of vendor relationships, invoice processing, and PO amendments. The Team Leader will collaborate with the Buy Desk and Accounts Payable teams, as well as business stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.The Vendor Specialist Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Vendor Specialists who manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoice approvals and managing and governing relationship with vendors who delivers services in the HR Operations workstreams. This Team Leader role involves ensuring the efficient and effective management of vendor relationships, invoice processing, and PO amendments. The Team Leader will collaborate with the Buy Desk and Accounts Payable teams, as well as business stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service. Required Qualifications - Proven experience in a leadership or team management role. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience with spreadsheets and ERPs/Purchasing systems. - Experience in performance tracking and management, with a proven ability to use data analytics to drive improvements. - High attention to data accuracy and validation. - Effective problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision. - Experience with spreadsheets and ERPs/Purchasing systems. - Experience in performance tracking and management, with a proven ability to use data analytics to drive improvements. - High attention to data accuracy and validation. - Effective problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision. Education And Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven leadership experience, preferably within a similar industry.
