Accounts Associate Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations. - Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions. - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. - Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Work closely with auditors during financial audits. - Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. - Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Key Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or M.Com preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software is a must. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
