Location - Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode) Experience - 4 to 10 Years Education - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university. This is for the position for HRT+Payroll in the Human Capital Advisory team as a HR Transformation practitioner. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onshore engagement teams and clients. In this role you will help our clients through a variety of HR transformation activities in order to help the business achieve its strategic business objectives. - Supports HR Process redesign & process improvement - Improves overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report and so forth) - Conducts HR Benchmarking and Research - Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics - Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio - Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics - Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals - Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings - Conducts HR Technology Vendor Assessment and provides Project Management Office support - Drives communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure there are no gaps - Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project - Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS) can provide support to other member firms - Participate in Payroll Transformation projects involving optimization, strategy, organizational design, sourcing, selection, and implementation support. - Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state Payroll Service Delivery operations. - Execute the day-to-day activities of Payroll advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. - Review business processes, systems, and outsourcing arrangements, and advise clients throughout the Payroll Transformation lifecycle. Qualification: - Proficiency in excel with the ability to create macros using VBA - Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Aris, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey - designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo - Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines - Excellent interpersonal skills Additional Requirements: - Sets professional goals for self and takes accountability for own career and skill development - Seeks regular feedback and changes behavior to improve performance as appropriate
