Implement and configure Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers - Conduct RF studies and design wireless networks - Migrate wireless networks from Aruba to Cisco or AirOS to Catalyst - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Collaborate with other engineers and demonstrate teamwork - Take ownership and accountability for projects from start to finish - Learn and adapt to new technologies and changing network environments - Explain wireless fundamentals including differences between 2 4 5 and 6 GHz Wi-Fi bands and prioritize their use in enterprise deployments - Discuss 802 11r 802 11k and 802 11v enhancements for wireless client roaming - Conduct wireless site surveys predictive passive active and validate data for high-density enterprise deployments - Demonstrate familiarity with the Cisco Wireless Portfolio particularly the Catalyst 9800 WLC - Share wireless migration experience including third-party to Cisco or Cisco to Cisco migrations Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers - Strong migration experience from Aruba to Cisco or AirOS to Catalyst - Familiarity with DNAC SDA and Meraki preferred - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies -
