Job Description: DataStage Developer Location: Hyderabad / Pune ( Onsite ) Experience: 5 to 8 years Notice Period: 30 to 90 days Role Overview We are seeking a skilled DataStage Developer to join our team supporting HSBC’s data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IBM Infosphere DataStage, GCP, Unix Shell Scripting, and SQL, with a strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage. - Implement data transformation, cleansing, and validation logic. - Develop and optimize Unix Shell Scripts for ETL job automation and scheduling. - Write and maintain SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting. - Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements. - Perform data profiling, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality data integration. - Monitor job performance and apply performance tuning techniques. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.
