Job Description: DataStage DeveloperLocation: Hyderabad / Pune ( Onsite )Experience: 5 to 8 yearsNotice Period: 30 to 90 daysRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled DataStage Developer to join our team supporting HSBC’s data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IBM Infosphere DataStage, GCP, Unix Shell Scripting, and SQL, with a strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.- Implement data transformation, cleansing, and validation logic.- Develop and optimize Unix Shell Scripts for ETL job automation and scheduling.- Write and maintain SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting.- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.- Perform data profiling, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality data integration.- Monitor job performance and apply performance tuning techniques.- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.- Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.Required Skills- IBM Infosphere DataStage (ETL development)- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integration experience- Unix/Linux Shell Scripting- SQL and relational database management- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and large datasetsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field- Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M)- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)- Exposure to data governance and data quality practicesThanks & Regards ,Somesh SinghTCS AI.cloud RecruiterTalent Acquisition GroupWebsite: : :- LinkedIn:- linkdin.com/in/mrsomeshsinghTo Register for Jobs, Visit: :- Tower-2, Okaya Centre Plot No. B-5,Sector - 62 Noida.
