Job Description Position Summary The Senior Manager Operations will lead and oversee the delivery of projects from end to end, ensuring all operational departments function in alignment with company goals. The role encompasses leadership of Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, and After-Sales Services. The incumbent will ensure smooth coordination across departments, efficient use of shared resources, and timely execution of projects aligned with business objectives. The position demands a blend of technical acumen, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Skill & Competencies Strong technical and analytical skills with an understanding of manufacturing and project execution processes. Excellent leadership and man-management abilities. Understanding of production planning, and resource scheduling. Strong communication and coordination skills, including working with international teams. Strategic mindset with focus on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Willingness and flexibility to travel for work assignments as required. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical / production /marine/ industrial engineering (Master's in Engineering or MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in operations or project management within equipment manufacturing / engineering / industrial sectors/marine /shipyards, preferably with international exposure. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-departmental operations.
