Job Title Standard Deal Solution ArchitectLocation Anywhere among the following cities in India NCR Mumbai Pune Chennai Coimbatore Bangalore Kolkata About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deal Solution Architect to join our team and playa critical role in driving digital transformation for our clients across EMEA APJ and India regions He she will be responsible for architecting winning solutions for medium-sized deals USD 5-50million in both the private and public sectors This role requires a deep understanding of varioustechnologies strong collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and theability to navigate through RFP processes Industry Domain BFSI Life Sciences Healthcare Manufacturing Retail UtilitiesResponsibilities Analyse RFPs and lead Q A sessions with customers alongside technical experts Develop compelling and competitive solutions that align with organizational guidelines andleverage best practices Collaborate effectively with multiple technical teams delivery partners commercial legal finance and contract management teams Manage solution versions integrate components from various technical towers and ensure acohesive final response Optimize estimations technical solutions and project costs Own the final solution response and ensure its completeness Share effort and cost details with finance for commercial solution development Support the commercial team in deal negotiations and auctions Assist legal contract and delivery teams in drafting Statements of Work SOWs Communicate deal summaries to leadership and present solutions to internal review boards Defend solutions with customers and manage risks associated with the solution developmentprocess Model SLA penalties and analyse commercial risks Design RACI matrices across internal teams partners and customers Report deal unit economics and benchmark against organizational guidelines Qualifications Essential o12- 15 years of experience in IT with minimum 5-7 years of proven experience inarchitecting solutions for medium complexity Application Infrastructure ManagedService Digital transformation and modernization Vendor Consolidation and ProductImplementation themed RFP RFS from customers oExperience with multi-tower multi-year IT outsourcing engagements oFamiliarity with hybrid cloud architectures VPC Network Connectivity DC DR Compute Storage types Security modern data architectures and observabilityconcepts oUnderstanding of API management cybersecurity principles and agile methodologies oKnowledge of different commercial models effort-based task catalogue outcome-based etc oExcellent verbal and written communication skills oAbility to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities oProficiency in Office 365 especially MS Excel Desirable oExperience with Low-Code No-Code platforms oModerate understanding of ERP implementations and other platform-based solutions e g SAP RISE Salesforce ServiceNow oKnowledge of Bot-based solutions and automation in software engineering or applicationsupport oFamiliarity with Generative AI and its application in automating daily work
