Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an ATM Engineer. The primary responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of ATM machines to ensure their optimal functionality. The ATM Engineer will also ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues, performing regular diagnostics, and addressing queries efficiently. The role demands interaction with both technical teams and customers for effective problem resolution and service delivery. Qualifications - Proficiency in ATM Networks and ATMs operation - Expertise in Computer Maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues - Exceptional Communication skills to address customer queries efficiently - Strong commitment to achieving high Customer Satisfaction - Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role is an advantage - Relevant certification or education in electronics, IT, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities effectively
