Job Description

- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.
- Basics understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their network requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for network-related projects and support.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing timely updates on network-related activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
