Job Description As a Human Resources (HR) intern at The Future University, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities - Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Participate in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions. - Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HRIS systems. - Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events. - Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing HR policies and procedures. - Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and create reports for management. - Collaborate with HR team on special projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes.
